We provide flexible and affordable workspace for individuals and teams in our unique hub, built in partnership with local craftspeople and artists. We will also offer free use of our shared workspace as part of our BuyGiveWork initiative.
Situated next to Victoria Station, we are a different kind of work environment that aims to nurture new business and encourage collaboration between our members. With panoramic views of the city, as well as indoor green space.
When you purchase a workspace, a local non-profit or start-up will also receive a workspace within the building free of charge. You'll have the opportunity to work directly with them as a mentor or advisor. Not only is our space affordable, you'll be making a difference locally in Manchester too.

To apply for a free membership to use our central desk space, you must be a local charity, non-profit or start-up.
Must be charity, non-profit, or early stage start-up (less than 6 months incorporated).
Applications will be judged based on originality of concept, social impact and local benefit.
